"Blue Bird" art print of original painting signed by John Tebeau

Ever have one of those days where you feel like you're just in the wrong place? Take this little guy... a blue bird of happiness by nature. But this poor devil is stuck in the city, surrounded by the inelegant clutter of This Modern World and the indignity of The Shoe. I think many of us know how he feels. I sure did the day I painted it. You can use this picture to benchmark your mood every day. If you feel better than he looks, you're doing fine.

This is a print from an original painting I did for a series called "30 Birds in 30 Days" in December of 2009. The piece sold an hour after I posted it on Etsy, and I've had requests for prints ever since. So here ya go!

Sizes: 8.5" by 11", on 80-pound card stock with a 5" by 7" image or 11" by 14" with a 7" by 10" image. Perfect for matting or popping right into a standard size frame.

Ships fast as the dickens (and free in the USA) via US Priority mail, carefully packed in a plastic sleeve, with sturdy backing.

Please contact me if you're interested in a commission. A bird (or anything else) of your very own! Art is a gift that we give our selves. In return, it gives to us, silently, constantly, every day, whether we are aware of it or not. It engages the spirit, the subconscious and the imagination, reminding us of our potential to feel, imagine and create. Art is a good investment that pays quiet dividends every day of the year.
